Performing calculations related to materials flow. Supported by the manager of R&D and by a catalysis research laboratory consisting of two scientists. Evaluating and modeling process conditions to ensure optimum performance. Accurately record in detail the development and adaptations of the pilot plant. Evaluating commercial viability. Supervising the construction of pilot scale equipment as required.
Personal Attributes: The ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem solving abilities. Keen attention to detail and exceptional service orientation.

Knowledge and Experience: Materials handling or gasification processes. Experience with Fischer-Tropsch technology is ideal. Management and Leadership experience. Preparing and monitoring equipment procurement and installation. Proficient computer skills with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
