Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges and risks. Complete all required Product Knowledge training modules. Knowledge and adherence to Home Depot policies and procedures. Highly organized, able to work under pressure and produce high quality work. Excellent team player and able to work with people at all levels. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team player skills. Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential. Good decision making abilities and problem solving skills. Willing to work in other areas of the store as needed, especially neighbouring departments. Internal applicants must meet minimum time-in-position and performance requirements. Previous millwork knowledge or experience is an asset.

This important part time role will see you ensure that all merchandise is processed in a timely manner and by Home Depot procedures. You will process and prepare paperwork for shipping of products including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and freight costs; monitor merchandise flow and markdowns; as well as answer incoming calls from stores, vendors, merchants and import groups regarding purchase order status.
