You will be the first contact for clients seeking information about counseling and therapy as well as for medical and legal professionals seeking assessment services for their clients. Your key role will be to handle a variety of interpersonal and office related tasks which require a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Familiarity with MS Office Excel, Access and Outlook is required. Some basic bookkeeping is part of the current position.
Our ideal candidate is mature, flexible and looking for part time hours. We are looking for someone who can step in fairly immediately.
Requirements: Prepared with references who may be contacted immediately. Prepared to demonstrate skills with MS Office Excel, Access and Outlook. Good understanding of confidentiality. Good judgment. Ability to work independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with clients in person and by telephone.
