We currently have several free-lance openings for people who would like to become involved in the best, the most wide-ranging, the most powerful, and the most popular "City Showcase" Web site for the Greater Victoria area.
One or more commissioned sales persons to sell very generous, very attractive, very effective, and extremely low cost advertising space - typically a full-screen size, full colour display ad for $25.00 per month (with a one year contract) - on this popular Greater Victoria-specific web site to merchants, businesses and professional people in the Greater Victoria area.
Personal Internet access, familiarity with the www, and a laptop computer would be important assets.
We are looking for people who would love to write a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly column for our "fashion scene", for our "culinary scene", for our "arts scene", and for our "city scene".
Since this is a relatively new web site, we are not in a position to pay for these positions.
