We are looking for mature, respectful, responsible people who would love to share the joys of living by the beach. We are easy going, adaptable
and fun people to live with. The house has 2 floors with 12 foot ceilings, a main level and an upstairs. The 2 bedrooms available are on the main floor and the renters would share a bathroom. The living and dining area is very large and has an exceptional view of the ocean and the Olympic mountains. Hardwood floors throughout and all appliances in kitchen. The front entrance area is also a den and is ideal for a study or work space. My daughter and I share the bedrooms upstairs and have our own bathroom so essentially you would have lots of space. The kitchen and laundry would be shared. There is also a large fenced back yard with a locked shed for storage. We are close to bus routes, Thrifty Foods, Cook Street Village and lots of beach trails. Lots of parking is available. Asking rent is $675.00 per month for the smaller bedroom and $775,00 for the larger bedroom, all utilities included except cable and telephone. Deposit is half a month's rent. Sorry, no smoking.
